Order Processing

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled after dispatch
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy:
- Delivery across Pakistan only
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,000
- Standard delivery fee Rs. 300 for orders below Rs. 4,000
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy:
- Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Used or opened products are not eligible
